It is often during times of uncertainty and chaos that the greatest possibilities and opportunities exist. We simply need to change our brain to see them.
In my coaching and consulting practice, leaders experience the benefits of an effective change process. Here are some of the benefits:
1. We more clearly and easily access opportunity from a lens of expansion
2. Limitation is insidious and pervasive. A change process helps expose any thinking from a limited mindset because of our belief systems.(B.S.)
3. Limitation is often partnered with resistance, A change process exposes resistance around the very thing we say we want.
4. Beyond limitation is limitlessness. Experiencing limitlessness is often unfamiliar and therefore scary, a change process helps us become more familiar and feel safe.
5. A change process helps drive and facilitate our desired outcome
6. A change process interrupts feeling stuck in the loop of limitation preventing the likelihood of some painful experience unfolding to promote change.
7. A primary tool used to move us out of the limitation loop and into Leadership Alignment is from the Conversational Intelligence framework.
“Conversational Intelligence is what separates those who are successful from those who are not.” Some companies who have applied Conversational Intelligence during great uncertainty and gained great success are Pfizer, Bank of America, Burberry, and Verizon.
Neuroplasticity for Leadership Alignment
As part of my ongoing coach training, I was compelled to participate in an online class with Judith E. Glaser, founder of the Creating WE Institute and Benchmark Communications.
She developed the Conversational Intelligence,( C-IQ) framework. Sadly, this remarkable woman transitioned over in 2018.
I was so inspired and intrigued by her work that I became one of 250 inaugural coaches certified in her methodology. This led to a peer mentoring opportunity for incoming coaches going through certification and then eventually to integrating her work within my existing coaching and consulting framework.
Because C-IQ is based in neuroscience, it is one of the few coaching methodologies that unilaterally changes our brains as we learn to communicate at a level that, as Judith would say,” moves organizations to their next level of greatness.”
You see, I’m not interested in helping leaders simply add to their bottom line. There are plenty of coaches out there that can do that.
Under my Courageous Leadership Coaching and Consulting practice, we support leaders who want to fundamentally change and create change for a better world using powerful tools for incredible outcomes: a better world where work is inspiring and nourishing, where people grow to better versions of themselves, sharing what they learn with others in order to create a larger sphere of empowered change.
